Behavioral Intention and Actual Use of Mobile Learning During the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Higher Education System

This study aims to investigate the impact on Behavioral Intention and Actual use of Mobile Learning in Higher Education (HE). The survey was conducted at Cihan University Erbil, data collected by questionnaire. 207 valid questionnaires have been analyzed Structural equation modelling (SEM). results indicated that performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habit had a positive significant learning among students. On other hand, Social influence Price Value an insignificant Besides that, current reported behavioral intention directly impacts user behavior (UB). At same time, facilitating conditions behavior.
